About this product
The Orlimar Golf ST2 56º - 12° Sand Wedge is a right-handed wedge with a stainless steel head, a 56° loft, and a 12° bounce. It features a micro-milled face for enhanced spin and a steel shaft with a wedge flex. The club is 35.5 inches long and designed for men.
Our take
This sand wedge is specifically designed for bunker play and approach shots, with a 12° bounce that helps prevent digging in soft sand. The micro-milled face increases friction for better spin control, which is crucial for stopping the ball on the green. The wedge flex shaft provides a softer feel, aiding in touch shots. However, the 56° loft is a standard sand wedge loft, so it may not suit players who prefer a higher loft for flop shots. The steel shaft adds durability but may be heavier for some. Overall, this is a reliable choice for golfers looking to improve their short game.
