Our take
I gave the Orlimar Escape HL hybrid a go and found it to be a decent budget rescue club. The senior flex graphite shaft is soft, making it easy to swing and get the ball in the air. The 41-degree loft is quite high, so it's more like a utility iron replacement than a fairway wood sub. For under $75 with a headcover, the value is there. But the feel is a bit dead—the stainless steel head doesn't provide much feedback. It's fine for occasional use, but if you play often, you might want something with more responsiveness.
